Al Shazly's project seeks to re-discover the concept of space to navigate and defy the limitations of the everyday environments inhabited by the artist, by searching for new alternatives to enjoy the space available in response to the idea of isolation or separation.
In her first stop motion video, she played on the quality of chasing in one of the administrative offices depicting her body and objects such as photocopier, plants and chairs through playful and spontaneously interaction with the surroundings.
The project is as a group of stop motion videos and installation explore tension, portraying situations that offer alternative spatial and psychological interactions between the artist and the possibilities.
The project is a creative challenge, engage with aspects of performance documentation in places to demonstrate the action of body testing, climbing and other actions adapted from the childhood memories.
